Welcome!
We are glad you are starting (or returning to) the application process for the SEEP program and we look forward to receiving your completed application.

Create Your Account:

Once you create an account you will have access to the SEEP application which is used for both pre-college high school juniors and seniors who attend public high schools and college/universities within the state of Georgia. You can then login to begin your application to the SEEP Program. pre-college applicants must be 16 years or older by or before June 1st of the year for which the SEEP application is submitted. There is no application fee to submit your completed SEEP application.

For your convenience you can login to begin your application or login to edit an existing application. You can logout at any time prior to submission and all information will be saved.

  • STEP 2: Official Transcript and Recommendations:

    • Request Official Transcript

      College SEEP Applicants:
      • Request Official Transcript (all colleges attended)
        Each institution should e-mail electronic transcripts to SEEP@augusta.edu.

      Pre-College SEEP Applicants:
      • Request Official Transcript (all high schools attended)
        Each institution should e-mail electronic transcripts to SEEP@augusta.edu.

      Official copies of paper transcripts should be mailed to:

    • Have two individuals submit online recommendation (AFTER online application has been submitted)

  • STEP 3: Applicants Should Upload:

    • Documents may be uploaded via the Attachments page upon logging into the SEEP application.

    Once the online application is submitted (MARCH 19, 2024), you can log back into the online SEEP application page using the login account you created to upload SEEP supporting documents. MARCH 18, 2024 is the deadline for uploading SEEP application supporting documents
